أَستَودِعُ اللَّهَ دِينَكَ، وَأَمَانَتَكَ، وَخَوَاتِيمَ عَمَلِكَ

Astawdi'ul-laha deenak, wa-amanatak, wakhawateema 'amalik

English meaning

I place your religion, your faithfulness and the ends of your deeds in the trust of Allah.
