English meaning

I take refuge with Allah, The Supreme and with His Noble Face, and His eternal authority from the accursed devil. In the name of Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, open the gates of Your mercy for me.

Explanation (Tafseer)

For entering the mosque, the invocation begins by seeking refuge in Allah—through His greatness, noble Face, and eternal authority—from the accursed devil. It then names Allah, sends prayers and peace upon His Messenger, and closes by asking Allah to open the gates of His mercy.
