يَقُولُ: ((وَأَنَا أَشهَدُ أَن لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّداً عَبدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ، رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبَّاً، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولاً، وَبِالإِسلاَمِ دِينَاً)) ((يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ عَقِبَ تَشَهُّدِ المُؤَذِّنِ)).

Approximate Arabic reading aid

Yaqūlu: wa'anā ashhadu an lā ilāha illā allāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu wa'anna muḥammadan 'abduhu warasūluhu, raḍītu billāhi rabban, wabimuḥammadin rasūlan, wabil-'islāmi dīnan yaqūlu dhalika 'aqiba tashahhudi almu'adhdhini.

English meaning

Immediately following the declaration of faith called by the mu-aththin, one says:‘And I too bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, alone, without partner, and that Muhammad is His salve and Messenger. I am pleased with Allah as a Lord, and Muhammad as a Messenger and Islam as a religion.’

Explanation (Tafseer)

After the caller’s declaration of faith, the listener adds a matching testimony that Allah alone deserves worship and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. The statement then expresses contentment with Allah as Lord, Muhammad as Messenger, and Islam as religion.
