اللَّهُمَّ لَكَ رَكَعتُ، وَبِكَ آمَنتُ، وَلَكَ أَسلَمتُ، خَشَعَ لَكَ سَمعِي، وَبَصَرِي، وَمُخِّي، وَعَــــظمِي، وَعَصَبِي، [وَمَا استَقَلَّت بِهِ قَدَمِي]

Pronunciation

Allahumma laka raka't, wabika amant, walaka aslamt, khasha'a laka sam'ee, wabasaree, wamukhkhee, wa'athmee, wa'asabee, wamas-taqalla bihi qadamee

English meaning

O Allah, unto You I have bowed, and in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My hearing, sight, mind, bones, tendons and what my feet carry are humbled before You.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This supplication states that the bowing is for Allah and is joined with faith and submission to Him. It then names hearing, sight, mind, bones, tendons, and everything carried by the feet, presenting the whole person as humbled before Allah.
