سُبحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمدِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اغفِر لِي

Pronunciation

Subhanakal-lahumma rabbana wabihamdik, allahummagh- fir lee

English meaning

How perfect You are O Allah, our Lord, and I praise You. O Allah, forgive me.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This prostration supplication combines declaring Allah free of imperfection, praising Him as Lord, and asking for forgiveness. Its brief sequence moves from glorification and gratitude to a direct appeal for pardon while the worshipper is prostrating.
