أَستَغفِرُ اللَّهَ (ثَلاَثَاً) اللَّهُمَّ أَنتَ السَّلاَمُ، وَمِنكَ السَّلاَمُ، تَبَارَكتَ يَا ذَا الجَلاَلِ وَالإِكرَامِ

Approximate Arabic reading aid

Astaghfiru allāha thalāthan allāhumma anta as-salāmu, waminka as-salāmu, tabārakta yā dhā aljalāli wal-'ikrāmi

English meaning

I ask Allah for forgiveness.(three times) (O Allah, You are As-Salam and from You is all peace, blessed are You, O Possessor of majesty and honour.) (AS-Salam: The One Who is free from all defects and deficiencies.)

Explanation (Tafseer)

After the prayer, this remembrance first asks Allah for forgiveness three times. It then addresses Him as As-Salam, recognizes that peace comes from Him, and blesses Him as the Possessor of majesty and honor, moving from repentance to praise and acknowledgment of peace.
