(بِسمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لاَ يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسمِهِ شَيءٌ فِي الأَرضِ وَلاَ فِي السّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ)) (ثلاثَ مرَّاتٍ

Bismi allāhi alladhī lā yaḍurru ma'a asmihi shay'un fī al'arḍi walā fī as-samā'i wahuwa as-samī'u al'alīmu thalātha marrātin

English meaning

In the name of Allah with whose name nothing is harmed on earth nor in the heavens and He is The All-Seeing, The All-Knowing.’(three times)

Explanation (Tafseer)

This remembrance begins in Allah's name and states that nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm alongside His name. It closes by acknowledging His complete hearing and knowledge, directing the request for safety toward the One fully aware of every possible harm.
