يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحمَتِكَ أَستَغيثُ أَصلِح لِي شَأنِيَ كُلَّهُ وَلاَ تَكِلنِي إِلَى نَفسِي طَرفَةَ عَينٍ

Pronunciation

Ya hayyu ya qayyoom, birahmatika astagheeth, aslih lee sha/nee kullah, wala takilnee ila nafsee tarfata 'ayn

English meaning

O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This supplication calls upon Allah as the Ever-Living and the One who sustains all, then seeks help through His mercy. Its request is comprehensive: that every affair be set right and that the supplicant not be left to rely solely on the self even for an instant.
