Pronunciation

Allaahumma salli wa sallim 'alaa Nabiyyinaa Muhammadin

English meaning

‘O Allaah, send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad.’ [ten times]

Explanation (Tafseer)

This prayer asks Allah to send blessings and peace upon Prophet Muhammad. Its two requests honor him with both divine blessing and peace, while the phrase “our Prophet” expresses the worshipper’s connection to the messenger through whom the faith was conveyed.
