(اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنتَ. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الكُفرِ، وَالفَقرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِن عَذَابِ القَبرِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنتَ)) (ثلاثَ مرَّاتٍ

Allāhumma 'āfinī fī badanī, allāhumma 'āfinī fī sam'ī, allāhumma 'āfinī fī baṣarī, lā ilāha illā anta. allāhumma innī a'ūdhu bika mina alkufri, wal-faqri, wa'a'ūdhu bika min 'adhābi alqabri, lā ilāha illā anta thalātha marrātin

English meaning

O Allah, grant my body health, O Allah, grant my hearing health, O Allah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped except You.)(three times) (O Allah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty, and I take refuge with You from the punishment of the grave. None has the right to be worshipped except You. (three times)

Explanation (Tafseer)

This supplication first asks Allah to preserve health in the body, hearing, and sight, with His oneness affirmed after these requests. It then seeks refuge from disbelief, poverty, and punishment in the grave, again closing with the declaration that none has the right to be worshipped except Him.
