اللَّهُمَّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَومَ تَبعَثُ عِبَادَكَ

Allahumma qinee 'athabaka yawma tab'athu 'ibadak

O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the day Your servants are resurrected.
