Invocation to say if you stir in the night

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ الوَاحِدُ القَهّارُ، رَبُّ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرضِ وَمَا بَينَهُمَا العَزيزُ الغَفَّارُ

Pronunciation

La ilaha illal-lahul-wahidul-qahhar, rabbus-samawati wama baynahuma, al'azeezul-ghaffar

English meaning

None has the right to be worshipped except Allah, The One, AL-Qahhar.Lord of the heavens and the Earth and all between them, The Exalted in Might, The Oft-Forgiving.)(AL-Qahhar:The One Who has subdued all of creation and Whom all of creation are subservient to. All movements occur by His will.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This night remembrance declares that only Allah deserves worship, naming Him the One and the Subduer. It then describes Him as Lord of the heavens, earth, and all between them, and joins irresistible might with abundant forgiveness. The phrases balance majesty, authority, and mercy.
