السَّلاَمُ عَلَيكُم أَهلَ الدِّيَارِ، مِنَ المُؤمِنِينَ وَالمُسلِمِينَ، وَإِنَّا إِن شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِكُم لاَحِقُونَ، [وَيَرحَمُ اللَّهُ المُستَقدِمِينَ مِنَّا وَالمُستأخِرِينَ] أَساَلُ اللَّهَ لَنَا وَلَكُمُ العَافِيَةَ

As-salāmu 'alaykum ahla ad-diyāri, mina almu'minīna wal-muslimīna, wa'innā in shā'a allāhu bikum lāḥiqūna, wayarḥamu allāhu almustaqdimīna minnā wal-musta'khirīna as'alu allāha lanā walakumu al'āfiyata

English meaning

Peace be upon you all, O inhabitants of the graves, amongst the believers and the Muslims. Verily we will, Allah willing, be united with you, we ask Allah for well-being for us and you.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This greeting addresses the believing and Muslim inhabitants of the graves with peace. It acknowledges that the living will join them if Allah wills, remembers those who went before and those who follow, and asks Allah for well-being for both the living and the dead.
