بَارَكَ اللَّهُ لَكَ، وَبَارَكَ عَلَيكَ، وَجَمَعَ بَينَكُمَا فِي خَيرٍ

Barakal-lahu lak, wabaraka 'alayk, wajama'a baynakuma fee khayr

English meaning

May Allah bless for you (your spouse) and bless you, and may He unite both of you in goodness.

Explanation (Tafseer)

This prayer for a groom asks Allah to bless the spouse for him, place blessing upon him, and unite the couple in goodness. The wording moves from blessing each person to the quality of their life together, making goodness the requested basis of their union.
