اللَّهُمَّ اجعَلنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجعَلنِي مِنَ المُتَطَهِّرِينَ

Allahummaj 'alnee minat tawwabeena waj'alnee minal mutatahhireen

English meaning

O Allah, make me of those who return to You often in repentance and make me of those who remain clean and pure.
