10 Dhul-Hijjah — Yawm an-Nahr
Mina: Stoning, Sacrifice, Halq, Tawaf
Return to Mina at dawn. Throw seven pebbles at Jamrat al-'Aqabah (saying 'Allahu Akbar' with each). Offer the sacrifice (hady). Shave (men) or shorten (women) the hair. Then travel to Makkah for Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa'i (for Tamattu'). After tawaf, all ihram restrictions are lifted.
What to do
- Stop reciting the Talbiyah upon throwing the first pebble.
- Throw seven pebbles at Jamrat al-'Aqabah only on this day.
- Order: stone → slaughter → shave/shorten → tawaf. The order may be changed without penalty.
- Men shave (preferred) or shorten hair from all over the head; women cut a fingertip's length from each braid.

اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ
Allahu Akbar
Allah is the Greatest.
At slaughter
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي
Bismillahi wa-llahu Akbar. Allahumma taqabbal minni
In the name of Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, accept this from me.
