Noon Saakin & Tanween Rules
Izhar (Clarity) إِظْهَار
Pronounce the noon clearly — when followed by one of the six throat letters (ء ه ع ح غ خ).
When a noon saakin or tanween is followed by one of the six throat letters (ء، ه، ع، ح، غ، خ), the noon is pronounced clearly with no nasal hum and no merging. The two letters keep their identities. "Izhar" means making something apparent.
