Meem Saakin Rules

Clarity — meem saakin + any of the remaining 26 letters.
When meem saakin is followed by any letter other than ba or meem, the meem is pronounced cleanly with the lips firmly closed, no ghunnah. Special care is needed when the next letter is waw or fa — both close to the lip — to avoid letting the meem leak into them.
